Lifestyle and Memory
Learning which lifestyle you need to nurture and which to give up is crucial to your brain’s ability to retain information.
1. Sleep well: In sleep, your brain makes connections between thoughts & situations which made no sense before, enhancing your ability to solve problems and retentions.
